Toughened Glass

Toughened glass, also known as tempered glass, is a type of safety glass that has been thermally treated to increase its strength and resistance to impact and thermal stress. The toughening process involves heating the glass to high temperatures and then rapidly cooling it, resulting in a material that is up to five times stronger than standard glass. This makes toughened glass ideal for a wide range of applications, including shower doors, glass partitions, and facades.

Laminated Glass

Laminated glass consists of two or more layers of glass with an interlayer, usually made of plastic like PVB (polyvinyl butyral). This construction makes it strong, and when broken, the glass sticks to the interlayer, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing security

Safety Glass

Safety glass is designed to minimize injury and damage when broken. It includes toughened glass, which shatters into small, blunt pieces, and laminated glass, which holds together when shattered due to a plastic interlayer.

Heat Strengthened Glass

Heat-strengthened glass is heat-treated to increase its strength and resistance to thermal stress. It’s less strong than toughened glass but more durable than regular glass.

Decorative Glass

Decorative glass features various designs, textures, and colors to enhance aesthetics. Common types include stained glass, etched glass, and frosted glass, used in windows, partitions, and architectural elements to add visual interest and style.

DGU Sandwich Glass Blind

DGU (Double Glazed Unit) sandwich glass refers to a type of insulated glass unit made up of two or more layers of glass separated by a spacer and filled with an insulating gas. It enhances thermal insulation and reduces noise.

Bent and Curved Glass (BCG)

Bent and curved glass refers to glass that has been shaped into various curves and angles to meet specific design requirements. This versatile material is commonly used in architecture, automotive applications, and interior design, allowing for seamless integration into innovative structures and aesthetic designs.

Switchable Glass

Switchable glass, also known as smart glass or privacy glass, is an innovative material that can change its transparency or opacity with the application of an electrical current. This technology allows users to control the amount of light and privacy in a space instantly. Switchable glass is commonly used in commercial and residential applications, such as conference rooms, glass facades, and bathroom partitions, offering both aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency.

Fire Resistant Glass

Fire resistant glass is specially engineered to withstand high temperatures and prevent the spread of flames and smoke during a fire. Made from tempered or laminated materials, it meets stringent safety standards while providing transparency and visibility. Commonly used in commercial buildings, hotels, and residential spaces, fire resistant glass is often incorporated into fire-rated doors, windows, and partitions, ensuring safety without compromising on design.

Float Glass

Float glass is a high-quality, flat glass produced using a unique manufacturing process where molten glass is floated on a bed of molten tin. This method creates a smooth, even surface with excellent optical clarity and uniform thickness. Float glass is widely used in various applications, including windows, mirrors, and glass facades, due to its versatility, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

uPVC Windows

The material is called ‘polyvinyl chloride’. The name ‘UPVC’ stands for ‘Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride’. UPVC windows are windows that are made of PVC polymers. This type of window is one of the most popular types of glass window in modern buildings. UPVC windows are available in a wide variety of colors, shapes, and sizes.
